We all crave a fulfilling life that is full of hope, connection, and meaning. Relationships with a spouse, partner, child, parent, siblings, roommates, and even co-workers are central to our emotional well-being. These close relationships often create a significant amount of stress, pain, and even loneliness, isolation and trauma. I have over 20 years of experience collaboratively working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, survivors of sexual violence, people working through grief and loss, adolescents who are struggling, and many parents of children with special needs or other challenges.
I am passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives and feel connected and secure in their relationships. I believe people have the ability to find peace within and I accompany them on their journey.
